In the Intermediate section Robert Masterson beat runner up, and defending champion, Aaron Kennedy by 1 shot in a reversal of last years result to take the “King of Castles” cup sponsored by former member Liam Hetherton. Ray Fay won the third place prize with the best nett score.
In the Junior section Willie Ayres successfully defended his junior title by beating Paddy Browne also by just the 1 shot to lift The Doynes Bar Cup. New member Michael Devaney took the 3rd place best nett prize.
And finally, in the Ladies section Liz Quinn had 9 shots to spare on runner up Anne Kelly to lift the trophy she kindly sponsored herself some years back.
