Christmas Tree in Collinstown

Have you seen the beautiful Christmas Tree in Collinstown? It's all decked in bows and baubles and the lights are in place ready to be switched on this Sunday evening 8th December.

Thank you to Billy Connell who supplied the tree and to David Cunningham and Paddy Dempsey for putting it up outside Daybreak. There was a hive of activity on Saturday when David and Paddy were joined by Jonny Keating, Martin Kelly and John Kennedy when the lights were put on the trees in the village.

Collinstown will shine bright again this Christmas. Well done and thank you to all involved.

Come along for 6pm on Sunday to see the Christmas lights go on  and meet Santa in the Lough Lene Inn.  We are absolutely delighted to be joined this year by Members of the Westmeath Camogie Team 2019 The All Ireland Intermediate Champions who will bring the Cup. The ladies, together with Fr. Patrick, will turn on the Christmas lights this year.

We invite everyone to join us for some carol singing and festive fun.
