Public Meeting on TidyTowns 3-Year Plan

Collinstown Tidy Towns invite you to a public meeting on Wednesday 27th November at 8pm in Collinstown Hall to discuss the new TidyTowns 3-Year Plan.  The draft plan was collated by Sharon Eastwood of Woodrow Sustainable Solutions and was kindly supported by Westmeath Community Development.

The new draft plan includes many interesting ideas on areas where Collinstown can improve across all categories of the annual TidyTowns competition.  These include:

  • Streetscape & Public Places

  • Sustainability

  • Green Spaces & Landscaping

  • Nature & Biodiversity

  • Tidiness & Litter Control

  • Approach Roads, Streets & Lanes

  • Residential Streets & Housing Areas

We would like to encourage people to come to the meeting to have their input into this plan.  This plan will be the focus for the TidyTowns work for village development and maintenance for the next three years.

All are welcome and both Sharon Eastwood and the TidyTowns committee will be in attendance to answer any of your questions.
